Welcome to Stay Muggin. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stay Muggin website and your purchase of products from Stay Muggin.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on our website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Stay Muggin is an online retail brand offering made-to-order products and related merchandise.

Many Stay Muggin products are made to order after your purchase is placed.
We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colors, designs, dimensions, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly due to device displays, production methods, product materials, placement, and normal manufacturing variations.
Minor variations that are inherent to the manufacturing or printing process and do not constitute a material defect may not qualify a product for replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, designs, variations, or other offerings at any time without prior notice.
4. PRICING
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and may change at any time without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
If an obvious pricing, description, or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where permitted by law, cancel or contact you regarding an affected order.
5. ORDERS
Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory or production limitations, pricing or listing errors, violations of these Terms, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no amount is otherwise owed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. ORDER INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before completing checkout, including the selected product, design, size, color, variation, quantity, and shipping address.
Because products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you discover an error after placing an order, contact us promptly at hello@staymuggin.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but an order that has entered production may no longer be eligible for modification or cancellation.
7. PAYMENT
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.
Orders may be delayed, declined, or canceled if payment cannot be successfully processed or verified.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside Stay Muggin’s reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES
Because many Stay Muggin products are made to order, our return and exchange rules differ from those of traditional retail stores.
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Except where otherwise required by law, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds solely because of buyer’s remorse, change of mind, accidental purchases, personal preference, or customer ordering errors.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, contains a manufacturing error, or an incorrect product is received, customers should contact Stay Muggin within the timeframe specified in our Return & Refund Policy and provide the requested documentation.
Do not send merchandise to Stay Muggin or to an address appearing on product packaging without receiving return authorization and instructions from us.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or eligible for reimbursement.
10. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotional offers, discount codes, sales, and other incentives may be subject to additional conditions and expiration dates.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to previous purchases.
