If your order arrives damaged or there’s a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging (if applicable)
We’ll work with you to make it right.

Since each mug is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect shipping information.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist you.
